End-User License Agreement

Agreement

This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of JGC Hub, operated by JML Growth Consulting LLC. By creating an account, signing in, connecting QuickBooks Online, or using JGC Hub, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

Permitted Use

JGC Hub may be used to connect accounting data, view dashboards, complete onboarding steps, manage plans, review book-health signals, schedule advisory sessions, communicate with JML Growth Consulting, and support business planning workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that anyone you authorize to use JGC Hub has permission to access the company information and QuickBooks Online file connected to the account.

QuickBooks Online Connection

JGC Hub connects to QuickBooks Online only after an authorized user approves access through Intuit OAuth. For client company files, JGC Hub uses QuickBooks data on a read-only basis to provide dashboards, reporting, planning, mapping, and advisory workflows. JGC Hub does not write transactions, invoices, bills, payments, or journal entries to client QuickBooks files.

Restrictions

You may not misuse JGC Hub, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the application, submit unlawful or harmful content, share access outside your organization without permission, or use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Professional Judgment

JGC Hub provides software, reporting, planning tools, and advisory support. Outputs are decision-support materials and are not a substitute for legal, tax, audit, investment, or licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of JGC Hub as needed to operate the service. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Data and Privacy

Use of JGC Hub is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your company information. You grant JML Growth Consulting LLC the rights needed to host, process, sync, analyze, display, support, and secure that information in connection with JGC Hub and related services.

Termination

You may stop using JGC Hub or disconnect QuickBooks Online at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, legal compliance, or violation of these terms. Certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
