Overview

JML Growth Consulting LLC operates JGC Hub, a finance operating system and advisory workspace for owner-operated businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use JGC Hub, connect QuickBooks Online, communicate with us, or use related services.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, company name, role, billing status, support messages, onboarding answers, uploaded or entered business information, and usage activity inside JGC Hub.

If you connect QuickBooks Online, we receive data authorized through Intuit OAuth, which may include company information, chart of accounts, financial reports, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, classes, locations, and related accounting records needed to power dashboards, planning, book-health checks, mapping workflows, and advisory reviews.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide JGC Hub, sync and analyze QuickBooks data, create dashboards and reports, support client onboarding, manage subscriptions, send service communications, respond to support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

We do not sell client QuickBooks data. Client company data is used to provide the product, advisory services, support, and required business operations.

QuickBooks Online Access

QuickBooks Online access is authorized by the user through Intuit's OAuth flow. For client company files, JGC Hub uses QuickBooks data on a read-only basis for reporting, planning, and analysis workflows. JGC Hub does not write transactions, invoices, bills, payments, or journal entries to client QuickBooks files.

You can disconnect QuickBooks from inside QuickBooks Online or by contacting us. After disconnection, JGC Hub will stop receiving updates from that QuickBooks company. Historical synced data may remain in JGC Hub where needed for records, reports, legal obligations, backups, or service continuity unless deletion is requested and legally permitted.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information with service providers that help us operate JGC Hub, including hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, security, and accounting integration providers. These providers are used only as needed to deliver and operate the service.

Security

We use HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage for OAuth tokens, access controls, and operational safeguards appropriate for a small-business financial application. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect client data from unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, export, disconnection, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
